EUNICE
Not only was she a pioneer in the local pole dancing sport scene, Eunice is also one of the first forayers into aerial arts in Singapore. In 2011, she began her journey as an aerialist training in aerial hoop, silk, and trapeze and since then has had the privilege of training with top artistes and athletes including Cirque du Soleil artistes. Her enthusiasm even led her to take a month-long intensive circus training with Circus Warehouse and Body n Pole in New York, and another in Montreal with renowned professional coaches. She has grown to be a well sought-after aerialist instructor.
Creativity and versatility are Eunice’s strongest assets. She loves experimenting with new forms of body movement on the apparatus, be it hoop or pole.
After being a beloved pole dance instructor for almost a decade, Eunice is now keen on sharing her passion for aerial arts to a new generation. Don’t be surprised to find the apparatus a lot less daunting after one lesson with Eunice - her extensive experience as an instructor strengthen her ability to help newcomers feel at ease, and her genuine disposition attracts students, old and new, to flock to her lessons.
“If you want it, work hard for it.”
- Eunice Sim
That is her philosophy, which she hopes to impart to anyone she meets on this never-ending learning adventure.

DENJZ
Denjz has worn many hats throughout his fitness career since 2001: gym instructor, yoga instructor, aerialist and trapeze instructor, pole fitness instructor, and now his latest topper - owner of Aerial and Floor. Needless to say, he has gained a broad understanding of physical movement, and finds the art of balance particularly intriguing. One of Denjz’s masterful moves epitomises just that: arm balancing, or better known as the handstand. This was also his focus during the same circus training stints in New York and Montreal with Eunice.
They were the first duo in Singapore to perform and teach Double Trapeze in 2012. It’s no surprise that their athletic synergy pushed them towards Acro Partnering, a unique exercise that requires mutual trust and teamwork between partners, and is gaining momentum in the city.
“Know Your WHYs - Once you found your real reason or motivation to do something,
you are more likely to commit to it.”
- Denjz Ng
Denjz’s training and teaching methods are shaped by this personal philosophy. To him, there is no specific right or wrong method of movement or training, as long as one understands the purpose for doing it. He is also convinced that fundamental skills are essential - to build and achieve a skyscraper of your dreams, a solid foundation is needed.

CHENG LING
With immense relish for music and movement, Cheng Ling started her foray into aerial arts with Aerial and Floor despite minimal training in performing arts. Her desire to achieve strength and grace in motion motivates her to practice and explore.
“Nothing in this world that is worth having, comes easy.”
- Cheng Ling
Armed with a sanguine disposition, she aims to introduce new students to aerial apparatuses and infect them with her passion for aerial arts!
SU LYN
With a love for all sorts of dance styles and sports on the ground, Su Lyn has taken her keen interest in both to new heights (literally) with the combination of athleticism and beauty on aerial apparatuses like the hoop and hammock.
"There's always another mountain to climb - never stop trying."
- Su Lyn
She hopes to draw on her diverse experiences to teach students from various backgrounds, helping them to achieve the strength and grace that define the aerial arts, but most of all to also make sure that everyone has fun along the way!
CHARITY
What started out as a casual Strength Fit session for Charity slowly turned into consistent training, class after class. Gradually, she also welcomed the idea of working on her flexibility to complement the strength training under her teacher-mentor Denjz’s guidance.
Now armed with a keen interest in flexibility training, Charity believes in striking a balance between strength and flexibility, and aims to help others achieve that balance.
“Be patient - we are not always at our best,
and that is okay.”
- Charity
FELICIA
After a chance exposure to aerial arts (thank you Instagram and The Greatest Showman), Felicia found herself a home at Aerial and Floor.
Inspired most by the passionate souls behind AnF, she saw every class attended as a way to challenge herself further artistically and physically.
Excited to now be given the opportunity to share her quirky aesthetic with our students, she wishes to call out to anyone wanting to challenge themselves, to join her in this collective journey of discovery and growth together!
"You don't need to be perfect to be amazing.
Willingness to try speaks greater volumes."
- Felicia
GRACINE
Gracine was first introduced to Aerial Yoga in 2019 and returned to Aerial and Floor in 2020, where she rediscovered her passion for aerial arts.
In the same year, she decided to further her aerial journey by completing an aerial yoga instructor training course. She strongly believes in motivating her students to have fun and find joy in movement.
THEODORA
Theo was always amazed and inspired by how beautiful the artistic shapes ballerinas and ice skaters could do, and being an aerialist provided an avenue for exploration and creativity for them on different apparatuses. She started learning at Aerial and Floor in 2019 under Eunice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With more than 90% of her playlist being K-pop and Korean OSTs, she wants to take on the challenge of merging high energy elements of K-pop together with the gracefulness and strength of aerial arts.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She hopes to inspire new students to develop their love for aerial arts, and help them create their own interpretations and styles.
BYRNA
Byrna first discovered aerial in 2019 and fell in love with this graceful high altitude artform.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Byrna loves the athleticism and creative element of the art and being able to dance in the air. She hopes to continue to build up the strength and knowledge in aerial and share her love for aerial arts to her students.
CELESTE
Celeste started her aerial arts journey in 2018, and it was an immediate love-at-first-lesson. She enjoys the process of achieving skills she never imagined that she could, and has a fondness for strength-based tricks and dynamic movements. Most of her time is spent on the aerial straps and silks.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Along the way, she also started attending handstand classes at Aerial and Floor. Initially intended only as a means of killing time on Friday evenings, she later grew to appreciate how handstand training improved her understanding of physical movement. She is intrigued by the subtle muscle activation, body awareness and control required when finding balance in a handstand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Celeste hopes to help her students embark on their own aerial arts or handstand journey, to grow in strength, resilience and confidence.
SAMANTHA
The love for self-expression and thrill is what brought Samantha to her first aerial class more than three years ago and she's been hooked since then. Her dance training first started with ballet and later in her university days, competitive Latin dancesport. She is also a YTT200 yoga teacher with over four years of experience under her belt.
As an aerialist-in-training, she spends most of her time on hoop and trapeze. She hopes to guide beginners on their own aerial journey and help them build strength and technique along the way. Even as a teacher, she believes she is always first a student—open to learning and improving each step of the way.
MEGAN
Another victim of the IG algorithm, Megan tried aerial classes in 2017 on a whim and has been hooked ever since!
She has found that aside from strength and technique, aerial arts is also about self-expression and self-discovery. She looks forward to the privilege of sharing her experience with others and witnessing them explore their own unique style while having fun in the air.
Megan mostly trains on the aerial hoop and suspects her fondness of this apparatus is influenced by her childhood obsession with Sailor Moon. Come channel some moon prism power with her at A&F!
