MAKE UP CLASS POLICY
The make up class has to be of the same apparatus of equal or lower level, or Aerial Practice.
For example, if you are enrolled in Hoop Flow Basic, you can do your make up class with Hoop S&T Basic, Hoop Intro, or Aerial Practice.
For making up with term/intro class - email us to check availability
For making up with Aerial Practice (subject to availability, booking has to be made in advance) -
1. Book “Aerial Practice (for make ups only)” on MINDBODY.
- The reservation window opens 2 weeks in advance.
- Cancellations have to be made at least 12 hours prior to the start of the booked session. If you cancel within 12 hours before the session, your make up will be forfeited.
- You can join the waitlist if you are not be able to get a slot yet. Do check your email/MINDBODY account regularly for the booking confirmation in case a slot frees up and adds you in automatically.
2. Once you have successfully gotten your slot, inform us via email of the dates that you’ll be missing class(es).
All make up classes have to be completed within the term.
Rules will be strictly enforced to ensure that every student has an equal chance.
